What this quote means is that when you start to work or practice you will get better at what you want to do.This quote is similar to the quote "practice makes the difference".These two quote tell us that if we work hard then things will be much more easier to do.An example might be you practicing  your shooting skills in soccer,when you kick the ball you notice where is the best place to kick the ball from (the angle).Another example might be you practicing for a test ( studding), you try to memorize.

What this quote means is that you need to know that doing good will bring you benefits. When you do bad , it doesn't matter if in the real world , at the field, or at home, when you do something bad you will lose privileges.In the real world when you something bad you are sent to jail, in the field you coach will take you out and maybe not call you for next game.When you do good you will gain more trust and more freedom

 What this quote means is that you are a good person as long as you do the good.Those who chose the ctw way are bad people.When you do the good you show others that you are an honest person and that they can relay on you.If people knew you as that one kid who does actions you shouldn't be doing, they are not even going to bother to try to tell you something.

Optician 

Duties and responsibilities: As a dispensing optician you will dispense and fit spectacles and other optical aids, to both adults and children, working from the prescriptions written by optometrists and ophthalmologist. You'll advise patients on various types of lenses and spectacle frames, including style, weight and color.
